Diabetes

Educate - Inform - Motivate

I live with Type 2 Diabetes, I am not a medical professional, and I make no clinical claims.

Following my diagnosis in December 2022, I learned a lot about my condition and made extensive lifestyle modifications; by November 2023, my doctor discontinued my diabetes medication.

I continued glucose monitoring with a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) until April 2025, when my doctor stopped that requirement as well.

Through sustained lifestyle, nutrition changes, and diligence, I achieved natural remission.

I recognise now that adopting these changes over the preceding 25–30 years might have prevented my diabetes entirely.

Type 2 Diabetes is among the most prevalent and rapidly expanding health concerns globally.

Its prevention and reversal represent significant medical and personal challenges. Although a diagnosis is part of one’s life, it need not define it.

Today, September 2026, my blood glucose HbA1c test for blood glucose is 5.4, or 0.1 below the upper threshold for being considered normal in my jurisdiction.

The next phase is to continue learning and understanding Diabetes and how everyone, everywhere, can be consistent in applying the life style changes that have brought me to “being normal” and could have prevented my condition in the first place.

Below are my books that explain what Diabetes is, how it affects the body and a specific topic that may pertain to your thirst for knowledge.

All my books use authoritative sources and personal experience.

Always Educate yourself, Inform yourself and be motivated to make the changes that will make your life healthier, longer, and happier for you, and your family.
