Prevent & Reverse Naturally Type 2 Diabetes: Out Walking… Again

I am a Type 2 Diabetic. I was diagnosed in December 2022. Since being diagnosed I have made a lot of life style changes with the goal of coming off my diabetes medication. In November 2023 I acheived that goal. I no longer take any medication for diabetes. 

Exercise has been mentioned a few times in this book, now is the time to look at it in more detail and take note of some differences between Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetics.

Our second walk down by Lake Ontario. Each activity session builds on the one before and accumulates to create a more active and physically fit you.
