Prevent and Reverse Naturally Type 2 Diabetes – More on Food Dec 2025

Hello, this is the first in a series on changes and updates that help with managing your response to being a Diabetic.

I am a Type 2 Diabetic.

I was diagnosed in December 2022.

Since being diagnosed I have made a lot of life style changes with the goal of being off my diabetes medication.

In November 2023 I achieved that goal. 

In April 2025 my doctor recommended I stopped using a 

Continuous Blood Glucose Monitor – CGM to monitor my blood glucose levels.

I have a positive mindset that owns my diagnosis and response to it.

This video shows actual meal preparations I consume regularly. Today we are looking at Tropical fruit for breakfast and how to mix these with Blueberries and how to compare nutrient values of Blueberries and Pineapple to get a good mix of of positive blend of vitamins and minerals while being careful with carbs and sugars in our meals.

It’s Christmas, so there will be challenges around deserts and abundances sugary foods. Choosing sugar free or “no Sugar” added versions makes a lot of sense.

This is my journey and my relationship with diabetes.
